Gina

We haven't known each other for that long

But right away you gave my heart a song

You took me in without a second thought

A best friend and a sister I never sought

You welcomed me as family, open wide

With God's own perfect timing by our side

Oh, Gina, you're the greatest gift from God above

A living picture of His patient, giving love

A sweet, sweet friendship that refreshes the soul

You brought me comfort and He made me whole

He knew we needed each other, it's true

I thank the Lord for the blessing of you

You always have a caring word to share

Supportive in the ways you show you care

You make me laugh until the worries fade

With every kind and loving choice you've made

So patient when I need a hand to hold

Your giving spirit is a joy to behold

Oh, Gina, you're the greatest gift from God above

A living picture of His patient, giving love

A sweet, sweet friendship that refreshes the soul

You brought me comfort and He made me whole

He knew we needed each other, it's true

I thank the Lord for the blessing of you

You brought such peace into my weary life

You brought me joy to overcome the strife

I'll treasure this connection all my days

And lift my voice to give the Father praise

Oh, Gina, you're the greatest gift from God above

A living picture of His patient, giving love

A sweet, sweet friendship that refreshes the soul

You brought me comfort and He made me whole

He knew we needed each other, it's true

I thank the Lord for the blessing of you

Yes, I thank the Lord for the blessing of you
