Keifer

I still remember those high school days

Two kids just trying to find our way

We didn't have much but a dream and a prayer

And a love that we knew was already there

We built this family from the ground right up

Trusting the Lord to overflow our cup

Keifer, you're the anchor when the wind blows cold

A Godly man with a heart of gold

My very best friend with hardworking hands

You're the rock on which our whole world stands

Through every changing season of this life

I thank God every day that I'm your wife

We leaned on heaven when the waiting was long

Asking for grace just to keep standing strong

Then came the morning our miracle cried

I saw the pure joy shining deep in your eyes

You're the kindest soul and the most loving dad

The sweetest blessing that I've ever had

Keifer, you're the anchor when the wind blows cold

A Godly man with a heart of gold

My very best friend with hardworking hands

You're the rock on which our whole world stands

Through every changing season of this life

I thank God every day that I'm your wife

The spring brings the rain and the autumn leaves fall

But side by side, we can weather it all

You wake up early and you give us your best

With you in my corner, I'm endlessly blest

Keifer, you're the anchor when the wind blows cold

A Godly man with a heart of gold

My very best friend with hardworking hands

You're the rock on which our whole world stands

Through every changing season of this life

I thank God every day that I'm your wife

I'm so thankful every day that I'm your wife
