Tito and Isaac

I watched you grow through the heavy years

Through a hard past, through the trials and tears

But you kept your eyes on the heavens above

Growing up anchored in a Savior's love

Tito, you stepped up with a gentle grace

Watching over Alejandra in a quiet place

You were her protector when the skies were gray

Walking together in the Maker's way

The Lord is your shepherd, you'll never be in need

Beside the still waters is where He will lead

Even when the valley gets dark and deep

He is the guardian of the souls He will keep

So fear no evil, let your hearts be true

Goodness and mercy are following you

Isaac, my wild one, a little rebel soul

Testing the edges, trying to take control

But even the restless find their way back home

You never had to walk the wilderness alone

I look at you both, the men you've become

Healing the shadows of where you came from

Through every storm and the winds that blew

The love of Jesus was carrying you

The Lord is your shepherd, you'll never be in need

Beside the still waters is where He will lead

Even when the valley gets dark and deep

He is the guardian of the souls He will keep

So fear no evil, let your hearts be true

Goodness and mercy are following you

He restores your soul when the journey is long

He turns the hard past into a beautiful song

His rod and His staff, they comfort your days

Anointing your head as you walk in His ways

My cup overflows just watching you stand

Held in the palm of a heavenly hand

The Lord is your shepherd, you'll never be in need

Beside the still waters is where He will lead

Even when the valley gets dark and deep

He is the guardian of the souls He will keep

Fear no evil, let your faith shine through

Tito and Isaac, His mercy is with you

All of your days, His mercy is with you
