Amanda

Let this spirit named Amanda

Hold a quiet, steady light,

Trustworthy in every season,

Loyal through the darkest night.

When the heavy winds are blowing,

And the waters start to rise,

I will keep a peaceful center

Where the deepest comfort lies.

I will be the eye of the storm,

A shelter when the world is cold,

A loving heart to keep us warm,

A faithful hand for them to hold.

Through the thunder and the rain,

Peace is where I will remain.

I will be the eye of the storm.

In the gathering of family,

Where the sweetest memories stay,

I have found my greatest treasure,

Guiding me along the way.

Every moment shared together

Is a sanctuary built,

With a bond that cannot waver,

And a cup of love fulfilled.

I will be the eye of the storm,

A shelter when the world is cold,

A loving heart to keep us warm,

A faithful hand for them to hold.

Through the thunder and the rain,

Peace is where I will remain.

I will be the eye of the storm.

Though the chaos swirls around me,

I am anchored in the deep,

For the ones I hold so dearly,

I have promises to keep.

Steadfast, loving, and unbroken,

Let my quiet strength be shown.

I will be the eye of the storm,

A shelter when the world is cold,

A loving heart to keep us warm,

A faithful hand for them to hold.

Through the thunder and the rain,

Peace is where I will remain.

I will be the eye of the storm.
