Randy

We were so young when the story began

I fell in love with a beautiful man

Randy, you’re patient, you’re loving and kind

The most thoughtful husband a woman could find

You are so funny, you lighten the room

Chasing away every shadow and gloom

Look at this life, the abundance we share

Two beautiful sons and a home built on prayer

We gave it to Jesus, we trusted His way

And the blessings just grow with every new day

I'm so glad we built our foundation on truth

I'm living a life of abundance with you

Thirty-seven years walking through the same doors

At VLC, giving praise to the Lord

You're giving and wise in the things that you do

I see a good man when I'm looking at you

Through every season, the joy and the tears

Our faith only deepened over the years

Look at this life, the abundance we share

Two beautiful sons and a home built on prayer

We gave it to Jesus, we trusted His way

And the blessings just grow with every new day

I'm so glad we built our foundation on truth

I'm living a life of abundance with you

We dwell in the secret place of the Most High

Our refuge and fortress as decades go by

We wait on the Lord and He gives us the strength

To run and not weary, to walk and not faint

We're soaring on wings like the eagles above

Held in the arms of His infinite love

Look at this life, the abundance we share

Two beautiful sons and a home built on prayer

We gave it to Jesus, we trusted His way

And the blessings just grow with every new day

Randy, you're everything faithful and true

I'm living a life of abundance with you
