Joshua

Lord, I thank You for the man who stands beside me

For the laughter that he brings into my days

Joshua, you are the light that helps to guide me

With your funny, kind, and ever-patient ways

You're a shield, a strong protector of this home

With you here, I know I'll never walk alone

I love you with all my heart, I truly do

I see the love of Heaven shining through you

You're the faithful husband I was praying for

Every single day I love you more and more

Praising God for who you are and what you do

Joshua, I love you with all my heart, it's true

When it's me and you and Andrew heading out

Finding blessings in the simple things we do

Or we're staying home and simply hanging out

Playing games or watching TV, just us few

Every movie night becomes a sacred space

Wrapped inside the warmth of your abounding grace

I love you with all my heart, I truly do

I see the love of Heaven shining through you

You're the faithful husband I was praying for

Every single day I love you more and more

Praising God for who you are and what you do

Joshua, I love you with all my heart, it's true

You are patient when the days are running long

You're the melody that fills my life with song

Thank You, Jesus, for the gift of this good man

Holding our whole family safely in his hands

I love you with all my heart, I truly do

I see the love of Heaven shining through you

You're the faithful husband I was praying for

Every single day I love you more and more

Praising God for who you are and what you do

Joshua, I love you with all my heart, it's true
