Kody

I still remember the day that we met

A beautiful memory I'll never forget

I looked in your eyes and I instantly knew

That I found my home when I stumbled on you

We loved from the start, it was simple and clear

And it only gets deeper with every new year

Oh Kody, you're funny, you're loving and kind

The sweetest companion that I'll ever find

Right from the start, like a gift from above

That was the moment our hearts fell in love

We always love each other, through the highs and the lows

And day after day, this beautiful feeling just grows

You know how to make me just smile through the dark

With a joke and a laugh that lights up my heart

But under the humor, you're gentle and sweet

The way that you hold me makes life feel complete

You're my best friend, you're the man that I chose

My favorite hello at the long evening's close

Oh Kody, you're funny, you're loving and kind

The sweetest companion that I'll ever find

Right from the start, like a gift from above

That was the moment our hearts fell in love

We always love each other, through the highs and the lows

And day after day, this beautiful feeling just grows

When I look back on the day that it started

I know that we'll never, ever be parted

He loves me, I love him, it's always been true

My world is a masterpiece painted by you

Oh Kody, you're funny, you're loving and kind

The sweetest companion that I'll ever find

Right from the start, like a gift from above

That was the moment our hearts fell in love

We always love each other, forever and a day

I'll love you, my Kody, in every single way
