Tammy

I look at you, my beautiful girl

A quiet grace that shines in this world

You walk with a humble and tender heart

Caring for others, always doing your part

Tammy, you give when there's nothing to gain

A comforting spirit in the middle of pain

So I will bless the Lord with all my soul

For the daughter who makes my spirit whole

With all that is within me, I proclaim

I will forever bless His holy name

For the gift of your love, so pure and true

I thank the Heavens, Tammy, for you

You reach out your hands, you're always right there

Lifting up burdens that others can't bear

Your faith is a light that continues to grow

Because you love God, and it's easy to show

A well of compassion that never runs dry

You go beyond measure, reaching the sky

So I will bless the Lord with all my soul

For the daughter who makes my spirit whole

With all that is within me, I proclaim

I will forever bless His holy name

For the gift of your love, so pure and true

I thank the Heavens, Tammy, for you

You pour out your spirit, you give everything

A beautiful person who makes my heart sing

I see how He guides you in all that you do

My greatest blessing is looking at you

Oh, I will bless the Lord with all my soul

For the daughter who makes my spirit whole

With all that is within me, I proclaim

I will forever bless His holy name

Yes, I bless His name for a love beyond measure

Tammy, my daughter, my earthly treasure
