Michael

We met at work, just passing through the days

I didn't know how God would change my ways

You brought a spark of laughter to the room

A brilliant mind that chased away the gloom

I saw the kind of man that you could be

And thanked the Lord for bringing you to me

Michael, you're the answer to my prayer

A faithful heart with so much love to share

A guiding light, a father standing tall

And even when you say nothing at all

I see the grace of Heaven in your life

I am so deeply blessed to be your wife

You lead our family with a quiet strength

For us, you'd go to any selfless length

So intelligent, so grounded, and so wise

I see a holy purpose in your eyes

You make me smile when heavy shadows fall

The smartest, truest partner through it all

Michael, you're the answer to my prayer

A faithful heart with so much love to share

A guiding light, a father standing tall

And even when you say nothing at all

I see the grace of Heaven in your life

I am so deeply blessed to be your wife

In twenty-seventeen, we made our vow

And looking back, I love you deeper now

You don't need speeches just to show you care

Your steady love has always been right there

Our wedding song still echoes in my soul

The man God gave to me to make me whole

Michael, you're the answer to my prayer

A faithful heart with so much love to share

A guiding light, a father standing tall

And even when you say nothing at all

I see the grace of Heaven in your life

Forever and always, blessed to be your wife
