Nichole

You've got a mind so beautifully made

With knowledge and color in every shade

Creative and cute, my amazing wife

You bring the sweetest spark into my life

From middle-of-the-day lunch dates just for two

I see the grace of God shining right through

He knows the plans He has for you, Nichole

To prosper and to anchor your soul

Plans to give you hope and a future so bright

He’s holding you close through the day and the night

No harm will come, His promise is true

I thank the Lord for the gift of you

Through sleepless nights when the shadows are deep

We find our peace when we cannot sleep

Pillow talks whispered in the quiet dark

Your persistent spirit always leaves a mark

You lighten the mood when a tear could be shed

With a quirky and perfectly timed, "That's what she said"

He knows the plans He has for you, Nichole

To prosper and to anchor your soul

Plans to give you hope and a future so bright

He’s holding you close through the day and the night

No harm will come, His promise is true

I thank the Lord for the gift of you

You are so beautiful, inside and out

A steady believer when I have a doubt

Your persistent heart is a river of grace

I see heaven's love when I look in your face

Every little quirk, every brilliant idea

Reminds me that God's hand is working right here

He knows the plans He has for you, Nichole

To prosper and to anchor your soul

Plans to give you hope and a future so bright

He’s holding you close through the day and the night

No harm will come, His promise is true

I thank the Lord for the gift of you

Yes, I thank the Lord for a future with you
