kindra mccleary

I look at you and I see the grace

A quiet strength shining on your face

You walk with purpose, you walk with love

Guided by a spirit from above

Kindra McCleary, you hold me down

When the heavy world tries to spin me around

You speak your truth and you walk in the light

Making sure my spirit is shining bright

You’re my best sissy, my lifelong friend

A beautiful soul on whom I depend

Through every season, whatever we weather

You are the best sister, today and forever

Yeah, you keep me lifted, you keep me strong

Right by my side is where you belong

Your faith is a fire that never fades

Bringing the sunshine into the shade

When things get hard, I know you will pray

Washing the worry and doubts away

I count my blessings, and you're at the top

This love that we carry is never gonna stop

Rooted in truth and grounded in peace

The joy that you bring me will only increase

'Cause you’re my best sissy, my lifelong friend

A beautiful soul on whom I depend

Through every season, whatever we weather

You are the best sister, today and forever

Yeah, you keep me lifted, you keep me strong

Right by my side is where you belong

So keep on shining your faithful heart

We couldn't be broken, we'll never part

Heaven knew exactly what I would need

A sister like you to help me believe

Through every prayer and every tear

I'm just so grateful to have you right here

You’re my best sissy, my lifelong friend

A beautiful soul on whom I depend

Through every season, whatever we weather

You are the best sister, today and forever

Yeah, you keep me lifted, you keep me strong

Kindra McCleary, it's where you belong

My faithful sister, my guiding light

Best sister forever, for the rest of my life
