Jacob

Yeah, I look at you now and you're growing up fast

Every single day making memories that last

You’re an awesome son, the core of my heart

I've been in your corner since the very start

You're a terrific brother, looking out for the crew

Bringing that light in everything that you do

Always cracking a joke, yeah, you make us all laugh

Walking with a good soul on a beautiful path

Jacob, I’m so proud of the person you’re becoming

Through the highs and the lows, keep the good energy running

You got a heart made of gold and a spirit so tough

I just want you to know I love you so very much

Yeah, I love you so very, very much

Let's talk about your mind, so talented, creative

The way you see the world, yeah, it’s truly amazing

You’re kind and you’re sweet, but don't get it wrong

When the obstacles come, you are brave, you are strong

You care for the people that are standing beside you

Let that inner compass be the thing that will guide you

I sit back and watch, and I smile at the sight

My son stepping up and just shining so bright

Jacob, I’m so proud of the person you’re becoming

Through the highs and the lows, keep the good energy running

You got a heart made of gold and a spirit so tough

I just want you to know I love you so very much

Yeah, I love you so very, very much

Every laugh that we share, every hurdle you clear

Just washes away any shadow of fear

You’re a caring young man, a rare kind of soul

Watching you grow is my ultimate goal

No matter the timeline, no matter the test

Just having you here means we're deeply blessed

Jacob, I’m so proud of the person you’re becoming

Through the highs and the lows, keep the good energy running

You got a heart made of gold and a spirit so tough

I just want you to know I love you so very much

Yeah, I love you so very, very much

My awesome son, I love you so much
