Gabriel

Pushing you high on the playground swing

Stopping to listen and hear you sing

Lunchtime at school, just sharing a space

Seeing that beautiful smile on your face

You got a heart that is caring and kind

An outgoing spirit, a beautiful mind

You never give up when the going gets tough

And I just can't ever say it enough

Gabriel, you're worthy, Gabriel, you're loved

By us right here, and the Father above

Through every shadow, you are forgiven

Guided by faith in the life that you're living

Don't ever forget what you mean to me

You're everything a son was meant to be

Riding around with the radio on

Singing the words to our favorite song

Going to concerts and catching a vibe

These are the moments I keep deep inside

Listening to you and your dad shoot the breeze

Making those beautiful memories

Down by the lake where the water is still

I count every blessing, and I always will

Gabriel, you're worthy, Gabriel, you're loved

By us right here, and the Father above

Through every shadow, you are forgiven

Guided by faith in the life that you're living

Don't ever forget what you mean to me

You're everything a son was meant to be

I'll never forget stepping into the tide

Getting baptized with you right by my side

Washing the past, stepping into the light

Keeping your faith and your spirit so bright

No matter the stumble, no matter the fall

God's unending mercy is covering it all

Gabriel, you're worthy, Gabriel, you're loved

By us right here, and the Father above

Through every shadow, you are forgiven

Guided by faith in the life that you're living

Don't ever forget what you mean to me

You're everything a son was meant to be

Yeah, you are so loved, Gabriel, you are loved
