Claire

We met by chance, a lucky twist of fate

We'd stay on the phone when the hour got late

Countless hours just talking away

Getting to know you day by day

I saw your amazing heart from the start

And I knew that we never should be apart

Claire, your smile lights up the room

You make me feel so perfectly at home

You gave me a gift of love I've never felt before

And every single day, it just grows more

You showed me what true love is meant to be

Forever you and me

Your job is demanding, the days can be long

But you carry it all and you stay so strong

You walk through the door with a smile on your face

And suddenly home is my favorite place

It’s been a couple months since I moved in with you

And countless hours of laughing prove that it's true

You’re the most compassionate person I’ve met

A caring soul I will never forget

Every laugh that we share, every word that we say

Makes my love for you grow every single day

You gave me a feeling I couldn't ignore

I never knew I could love someone more

Claire, your smile lights up the room

You make me feel so perfectly at home

You gave me a gift of love I've never felt before

And every single day, it just grows more

You showed me what true love is meant to be

Forever you and me
