Dr Kathy Bynum

A gentle spirit, sweet and kind

A tender heart so rare to find

You walk in faith, you lead with love

With pure anointing from above

Whenever I am weak or worn

You hold me through the darkest storm

You lift me up when shadows fall

You bring His comfort to it all

No matter what I am going through

I feel the warmth of grace in you

You taught my trusting heart to see:

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

When heavy burdens weigh me down

Your caring presence comes around

You speak a word to calm my fears

A faithful shelter through the years

You never let my spirit break

You sacrifice for heaven's sake

You lift me up when shadows fall

You bring His comfort to it all

No matter what I am going through

I feel the warmth of grace in you

You taught my trusting heart to see:

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

Dr. Kathy Bynum, mother dear

Your sweet devotion draws Him near

So very caring, deep and true

I thank the Lord for giving you

Your holy wisdom lights the way

And gives me courage for today

You lift me up when shadows fall

You bring His comfort to it all

No matter what I am going through

I feel the warmth of grace in you

You taught my trusting heart to see:

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
