Amarilis, Dalis, and Alisa

Looking back at the days we shared under one roof

Every school play and church aisle, living the proof

Singing our songs, sand on our feet at the beach

You were right by my side, always in reach

Now the house is a little more quiet today

Since you've grown up and traveled your own beautiful way

But I want you to know just how much you are worth

You are loved by your Maker, the Lord of the earth

May you always feel peace when you look at the stars

No matter the miles, no matter how far

Amarilis, Dalis, and Alisa, it's true

My heart is forever connected to you

You were given a gift, leading worship with grace

Bringing heaven to earth with the light on your face

Amarilis, my rock, so dependable and true

Dalis, encouraging all that we do

And Alisa, so friendly, a beautiful spark

With unpredictable joy that lights up the dark

But I want you to know just how much you are worth

You are loved by your Maker, the Lord of the earth

May you always feel peace when you look at the stars

No matter the miles, no matter how far

Amarilis, Dalis, and Alisa, it's true

My heart is forever connected to you

You are beautiful inside, and beautiful out

A love so profound it erases all doubt

Though you're not at home, when we finally meet

The joy in my soul makes the moment complete

Every time we're together, the distance just fades

In the warmth of the memories that we've always made

So remember your worth and how much you are loved

Held in my heart and by God up above

May you always feel peace when you look at the stars

No matter the miles, no matter how far

Amarilis, Dalis, and Alisa, it's true

My heart is forever connected to you
