Nancy

You always answer whenever I call

You're there to catch me before I can fall

Nancy, you've got this quiet kind of grace

And so much talent in one little space

Thoughtful and caring, you're standing right there

Showing the meaning of sisterly care

God shows us how to live in a place of abundance

Letting His peace overflow naturally

Into the moments and each situation

He brings to our lives like a deep, quiet sea

I look at you, Nancy, and see it so clear

A faithful spirit I'll always keep near

I think of the flea market where we began

Working so tough with a makeshift plan

We struggled all day in the dust and the sun

But laughing with you always made it feel fun

Eventually we let that adventure just go

But the bond that we share only started to grow

God shows us how to live in a place of abundance

Letting His peace overflow naturally

Into the moments and each situation

He brings to our lives like a deep, quiet sea

I look at you, Nancy, and see it so clear

A faithful spirit I'll always keep near

Every new season, every new friend

You let His light shine right through to the end

It's in how you listen, it's in what you say

Meeting each relationship brought on our way

You pour out the love that He planted inside

With faith as your anchor and grace as your guide

God shows us how to live in a place of abundance

Letting His peace overflow naturally

Into the moments and each situation

He brings to our lives like a deep, quiet sea

I look at you, Nancy, and see it so clear

My sister, my friend, whom I hold so dear
