Anthony

Anthony, I sit and watch the man you've come to be

So loving and so caring, always looking out for me

You try so hard to lift the heavy weight off my shoulders

With that funny soul of yours, keeping me warm when it gets colder

I see the way you pour your heart in everything you do

I just need to take a second, son, to say thank you

I love you to the moon and back again

My beautiful son, on you I can depend

So never give up, no matter what you face

Always give God the glory and rest inside His grace

Keep your head up high, keep your spirit on track

Anthony, I love you to the moon and back

I cherish every single moment that we spend together

Through the sunny seasons and the stormy weather

There is such a comfort just knowing you are there

Showing me your kindness, showing me you care

You take such good care of me, more than you could know

And I will always tell you as I watch you grow

I love you to the moon and back again

My beautiful son, on you I can depend

So never give up, no matter what you face

Always give God the glory and rest inside His grace

Keep your head up high, keep your spirit on track

Anthony, I love you to the moon and back

When the road gets heavy and the climb is steep

Hold onto the Word and plant it deep

Philippians four thirteen, let it be your guide

You can do all things with Heaven by your side

Through Christ who gives you strength, you will always rise

I see that holy fire shining in your eyes

I love you to the moon and back again

My beautiful son, on you I can depend

So never give up, no matter what you face

Always give God the glory and rest inside His grace

Keep your head up high, keep your spirit on track

Anthony, my son, I love you to the moon and back

Yeah, to the moon and back
