Richie

Lord, I look back on that April day

When You brought Richie right into my way

At the Black Angus, right from the start

I saw the grace in his beautiful heart

We got along and the spirit caught fire

A holy love lifting us higher

Richie, I thank the Lord for who you are

A caring soul and my morning star

You make my world complete, it's true

I praise the Heavens for a husband like you

Honey boo-boo, I love you so much

Blessed by your laughter, held by your touch

Just two weeks later, you asked for my hand

A faithful future that Heaven had planned

Two years of waiting, then we said "I do"

Standing at the altar, giving my life to you

You're always so funny, you make me smile

Carrying joy down every single mile

Richie, I thank the Lord for who you are

A caring soul and my morning star

You make my world complete, it's true

I praise the Heavens for a husband like you

Honey boo-boo, I love you so much

Blessed by your laughter, held by your touch

God gave you a heart that is loving and wide

A steady rock standing right by my side

You love to make me laugh when skies are gray

I count my blessings for you every day

Richie, I thank the Lord for who you are

A caring soul and my morning star

You make my world complete, it's true

I praise the Heavens for a husband like you

Honey boo-boo, I love you so much

Blessed by your laughter, held by your touch

Thank You, Lord, for this love so sweet

Richie, you make my whole world complete
