Charlene

You’ve got a beauty that shines from the start

A sense of humor that captures the heart

Fierce and protective, standing so tall

Always there to catch us whenever we fall

I still see the magic, the thrill in the dark

Taking Bailey to her first movie, lighting a spark

Sharing the popcorn and watching the screen

Making a memory, our lovely Charlene

So happy birthday to the best mommy ever

The one who is keeping our family together

You’re loving and funny, you’re strong and you’re true

There’s nobody else in the world quite like you

Yeah, today is your day, let the good times be seen

Happy birthday, we love you, Charlene

Down at the park when the weather is bright

Pushing Alias on the swing, taking flight

Hearing him laugh as he kicks at the sky

With a smile on your face and a spark in your eye

And there is no safer, more wonderful place

Than the warmth and the peace of a mother's embrace

All of the worries just vanish away

In the sweet moments when mommy's hugging Taytay

So happy birthday to the best mommy ever

The one who is keeping our family together

You’re loving and funny, you’re strong and you’re true

There’s nobody else in the world quite like you

Yeah, today is your day, let the good times be seen

Happy birthday, we love you, Charlene

Through every season, through laughter and tears

You've been our rock through the days and the years

You give us your all, never asking for praise

So we're singing this song for your special day

Happy birthday to the best mommy ever

The one who is keeping our family together

You’re loving and funny, you’re strong and you’re true

There’s nobody else in the world quite like you

Yeah, today is your day, let the good times be seen

Happy birthday, we love you, Charlene

Happy birthday, our beautiful Charlene
