Dustin

I was running the crew down at the county buildings

You got hired on and walked right through the door

I was the boss, telling you what needed doing

But I had a feeling we were meant for something more

Walking the halls of Tech 1 and WIC

It didn't take long for our hearts to click

Dustin, you're my rock and my very best friend

My soulmate I'll stand by until the very end

You work your ass off for the life we’ve grown

Loving my girls like they're your very own

I love you more than any words could ever explain

Through the sunshine, the hard times, and the rain

We took a ride down to Clackamette Park

That was our first date, lighting up a spark

We were singing along to every single chord

Of "Chicken and Biscuits" by Colt Ford

Just two people falling in the front seat

Finding a rhythm and a brand new beat

Dustin, you're my rock and my very best friend

My soulmate I'll stand by until the very end

You work your ass off for the life we’ve grown

Loving my girls like they're your very own

I love you more than any words could ever explain

Through the sunshine, the hard times, and the rain

Thank you for putting up with me through all these years

For the endless laughs and calming all my fears

And we can't forget about that crazy little bee

Just another wild memory between you and me

You're so loving, so caring, in all that you do

I still thank my lucky stars that I hired you

From the county crew to the family we made

I know this kind of love is never gonna fade

Cause Dustin, you're my rock and my very best friend

My soulmate I'll stand by until the very end

You work your ass off for the life we’ve grown

Loving my girls like they're your very own

I love you more than any words could ever explain

Forever my husband, forever you'll remain
