Pamela Davenport

I was looking for some guidance in the noise

Found a steady kind of comfort in your voice

You’re the sweetest soul that I have ever known

Planting seeds of wisdom everywhere you go

Pamela, you took me underneath your wing

Showed me how to face the winter and the spring

Because when you speak, the whole room shifts

You've got a way of giving everyone a lift

You turn a heavy heart into an open door

That’s the magic of Pamela Davenport

Yeah, you say the word and watch the mountains move

There is nothing that your spirit cannot do

You can see the hidden promise in a crowd

Always lifting up the ones who’re feeling down

It’s a gift the way you spark a brighter fire

Taking every single dream a little higher

More than just a friend, you are my guiding light

Making sure we’re walking forward in the right

Because when you speak, the whole room shifts

You've got a way of giving everyone a lift

You turn a heavy heart into an open door

That’s the magic of Pamela Davenport

Yeah, you say the word and watch the mountains move

There is nothing that your spirit cannot do

Every piece of good advice, every gentle push

Turns a quiet little spark into a sudden rush

You don't just talk about it, you make it real

That's the kind of power that your words reveal

Because when you speak, the whole room shifts

You've got a way of giving everyone a lift

You turn a heavy heart into an open door

That’s the magic of Pamela Davenport

Yeah, you say the word and watch the mountains move

Thank you, Pamela, for everything you do
