Katelyn

We didn't share a childhood, we met a little late

But the moment that we started talking, it felt like fate

We skipped the introductions and went right to the heart

Like we had been together right from the very start

We clicked like we’ve known each other forever

Tying our separate lives together

Oh, Katelyn, you’re so much more than a friend

You’re the sister I’ll stand by right to the end

You give without asking, you love without bounds

Still pouring your heart out even when you are down

No matter where life leads, whatever we do

I’ll always be right here for you

You opened up your world and you let me right in

A faithful kind of love where the family begins

You share Dawson and Lucas, let me be their aunt

You’re the one who says I can, whenever I say I can't

Never a judgment, just a listening ear

Always encouraging, always right here

Oh, Katelyn, you’re so much more than a friend

You’re the sister I’ll stand by right to the end

You give without asking, you love without bounds

Still pouring your heart out even when you are down

No matter where life leads, whatever we do

I’ll always be right here for you

Best friends and family, that’s what we are

No matter if we're close or we're traveling far

You never expect a single thing in return

Just unconditional love, and a fire that burns

I know you’ll be there, and you know I’ll be too

There's nothing in this life that we couldn't get through

Oh, Katelyn, you’re so much more than a friend

You’re the sister I’ll stand by right to the end

You give without asking, you love without bounds

Still pouring your heart out even when you are down

No matter where life leads, whatever we do

I’ll always be right here for you

Yeah, Katelyn, I’ll always be right here for you
