Catherine

You always know exactly how to make us smile

Bringing the laughter and going the extra mile

But if the world ever threatens our family tree

You're as fiercely protective as a sister can be

You stand at the door and you weather the storm

Keeping the rest of us sheltered and warm

Catherine, you’re a Proverbs 31 woman, shining so true

Standing on Philippians 4:13 in all that you do

Drawing your strength from the heavens above

Covering this family in an endless love

Sister, I love you, I just want you to know

I'll be right beside you wherever you go

I always knew that you would have my back

A steady foundation when things fade to black

When I make mistakes, you never string me along

You just hold my hand and you love me when I'm wrong

You show me what grace is supposed to look like

A beacon of hope on the darkest of nights

Catherine, you’re a Proverbs 31 woman, shining so true

Standing on Philippians 4:13 in all that you do

Drawing your strength from the heavens above

Covering this family in an endless love

Sister, I love you, I just want you to know

I'll be right beside you wherever you go

You wouldn't hesitate, it's a matter of fact

You’d give a stranger the very shirt off your back

You do all things through Christ who gives you the might

Walking in faith and leading us into the light

Catherine, you’re a Proverbs 31 woman, shining so true

Standing on Philippians 4:13 in all that you do

Drawing your strength from the heavens above

Covering this family in an endless love

Sister, I love you, now and all of my days

I'm thanking the Lord for you, always
