MaryHelen

Looping up the yarn in the quiet of the room

Making a blanket for a life that's blooming soon

With every single stitch, I'm whispering a prayer

Wrapping up these babies in a Father's loving care

I hold my family and my friends so close to heart

I want to be a vessel, I want to do my part

Making time for anyone who needs a hand to hold

Letting every story of His tenderness be told

Holy Spirit, fill me up until I overflow

So everywhere I step, Your grace is all they know

I want to leave a legacy that points to who You are

Bringing honor and glory, a vessel for Your heart

Take this soul of mine and make it true

So when the people see me, I pray they just see You

Writing out the pages, putting scripture on the stage

Speaking words of life to the next and coming age

Planting seeds of truth in the children that I meet

Rooted deep in faith, sitting at the Savior's feet

I'm not afraid to tell them of the love that can be found

Building up this ministry on solid, holy ground

Holy Spirit, fill me up until I overflow

So everywhere I step, Your grace is all they know

I want to leave a legacy that points to who You are

Bringing honor and glory, a vessel for Your heart

Take this soul of mine and make it true

So when the people see me, I pray they just see You

I will always make the time for someone in the dark

Serving with a passion that is burning in my heart

From the blankets that I weave to the stories I create

I surrender every gift, I lay them at the gate

Oh, Holy Spirit, fill me up until I overflow

So everywhere I step, Your grace is all they know

I want to leave a legacy that points to who You are

Bringing honor and glory, a vessel for Your heart

Take this life of MaryHelen, make it pure and true

So when anybody sees me, I pray they just see You

Lord, when anybody sees me, let them see You
