TR Scott Ian Donaldson

Let's take it back to the glowing screen

A digital world in the early scene

Before the years started moving fast

We built a friendship that was meant to last

Finding our rhythm, finding our space

We started it all right there on MySpace

I just want to say I love the art you do

Every word in your books, every melody too

To my good friend, you know the rule

Always signing off with a kiss kiss cool

Yeah, K-K-C-X to you

TR Scott Ian Donaldson, look how we've grown

From the old internet to the life we've known

I put on your music, I read every page

Your stories and songs never show any age

You've always had a vision, a spark in your mind

The kind of connection that's so hard to find

I just want to say I love the art you do

Every word in your books, every melody too

To my good friend, you know the rule

Always signing off with a kiss kiss cool

Yeah, K-K-C-X to you

The platforms change and the screens go dark

But your creativity left a mark

Through the chapters written and the tracks we play

I'm grateful for the friendship we hold today

I just want to say I love the art you do

Every word in your books, every melody too

To my good friend, you know the rule

Always signing off with a kiss kiss cool

Yeah, K-K-C-X to you

K-K-C-X, kiss kiss cool
