Francisco

We sit down together, open up the page

Finding quiet wisdom in a heavy age

Francisco, my brother, my faithful friend

Reading through the promises that never end

We share the Word in the fading light

Walking by faith and not by sight

God is love, that’s the truth we know

The living water that helps us grow

You’ve got a faith like a mustard seed

Strong as mortar in a time of need

Trusting the Father to light the way

I see His grace in you every day

When the road gets weary and the valley is low

You remind me of the goodness that the scriptures show

We talk about the Savior and the price He paid

Resting in the comfort of the shade He made

You don't need a mountain to stand secure

Your belief is quiet, your spirit is sure

God is love, that’s the truth we know

The living water that helps us grow

You’ve got a faith like a mustard seed

Strong as mortar in a time of need

Trusting the Father to light the way

I see His grace in you every day

Two friends gathered in the holy name

Knowing His mercy is always the same

Francisco, your witness is a steady flame

Through every season, through joy and pain

The message is simple, sent from above

That the greatest of all of these is love

Oh, God is love, that’s the truth we know

The living water that helps us grow

You’ve got a faith like a mustard seed

Strong as mortar in a time of need

Trusting the Father to light the way

I see His grace in you every day

Yes, God is love, and the Word is true

I thank the Lord for a friend like you
