Myriah

Look in the mirror and take a deep breath

You’ve carried the weight and you've passed the test

Myriah, you’ve always been patient and kind

A caring soul with a beautiful mind

Through the hard times and the good ones too

You kept on loving, your heart stayed true

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted

He saves the ones who are crushed in spirit

When you feel like you're falling apart

Just trust in Him, let your soul hear it

Myriah, you are enough, you're gonna be okay

Hold onto your faith and let it guide the way

Think of the children who bring you such pride

Alice and Scott, standing right by your side

Lane and Alexandria, the joy of your life

And Dennis, who made you a beautiful wife

In twenty-twenty, you made that vow

Through all of the struggles, you made it till now

Because the Lord is near to the brokenhearted

He saves the ones who are crushed in spirit

When you feel like you're falling apart

Just trust in Him, let your soul hear it

Myriah, you are enough, you're gonna be okay

Hold onto your faith and let it guide the way

I love Jesus, He’s the rock where I stand

When the road gets heavy, He reaches His hand

I'm looking forward to what the future will hold

A story of grace that is yet to be told

With every tomorrow and every new dawn

The love in this family will keep carrying on

Oh, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted

He saves the ones who are crushed in spirit

When you feel like you're falling apart

Just trust in Him, let your soul hear it

Myriah, you are enough, you're gonna be okay

Hold onto your faith and let it guide the way
