Colette

I remember the moment that we finally met

A beautiful blessing I’ll never forget

You walked in my life with a quiet grace

And I saw the light of the Lord in your face

Oh Colette, you are patient and wise

There is a caring and kind look in your eyes

You show me the meaning of grace from above

As we build up our marriage on heavenly love

And the beautiful message you live from the start

Is to love the Lord with all thine heart

I think of the days leading up to our vows

The prayers that we whispered, the here and the now

And all of the memories we've gathered since then

Are chapters of joy I would live through again

Oh Colette, you are patient and wise

There is a caring and kind look in your eyes

You show me the meaning of grace from above

As we build up our marriage on heavenly love

And the beautiful message you live from the start

Is to love the Lord with all thine heart

Through every season, through laughter and tears

Your gentle spirit has guided our years

Hand in hand, side by side, as we walk in His light

Keeping the cross and our Savior in sight

Oh Colette, you are patient and wise

There is a caring and kind look in your eyes

You show me the meaning of grace from above

As we build up our marriage on heavenly love

And the beautiful message you live from the start

Is to love the Lord with all thine heart

Yes, we'll love the Lord with all our heart
