Eleena & Brian

I still remember your very first breath

The quiet room, the steady beat in my chest

From the moment you were born, the world rearranged

You gave my life meaning, everything changed

I’ve loved you ever since you opened your eyes

A beautiful truth beneath the wide open skies

May you always find shelter in the shadow of His wings

Through the heavy days and the storms that life brings

Eleena and Brian, so humble and kind

With a respectful heart and a brilliant mind

I pray the road ahead is safe and bright

Guarded by angels in the fading light

I watch you both now, so smart and so wise

I see the quiet grace looking back in your eyes

You carry yourselves with a gentle respect

A peaceful demeanor, so calm and direct

Intelligent minds navigating the unknown

I'm just so proud of the way you have grown

May you always find shelter in the shadow of His wings

Through the heavy days and the storms that life brings

Eleena and Brian, so humble and kind

With a respectful heart and a brilliant mind

I pray the road ahead is safe and bright

Guarded by angels in the fading light

A thousand may fall, but it won't come near

You have a fortress to keep you from fear

He will command all His angels to stand

And hold you up safely in the palm of His hand

No matter how far or how wide you may roam

That promise of refuge will carry you home

So always find shelter in the shadow of His wings

Through the heavy days and the storms that life brings

Eleena and Brian, so humble and kind

With a respectful heart and a brilliant mind

From the moment you were born, my purpose was set

I've loved you ever since, and I'll never forget
