Josie

Looking back at all our wonderful memories

So many great moments between you and me

Through all the smiles and the endless laughter

You're the kind of friend I'll keep around long after

Josie, you're patient, you're focused and smart

Always so helpful with a beautiful heart

So always be yourself, always believe in you

No matter the storm, you're gonna make it through

I'm right by your side, whether you need me or not

That's what a true friend is, giving everything I've got

Just know there is a God, so never give up the fight

Keep holding on, Josie, and step into the light

You are so loving, so caring and kind

A respectful soul that is so rare to find

When the world gets heavy and the days get cold

You're so dependable, a spirit of gold

I want to give back all the joy that you send

Because you've always been a wonderful friend

So always be yourself, always believe in you

No matter the storm, you're gonna make it through

I'm right by your side, whether you need me or not

That's what a true friend is, giving everything I've got

Just know there is a God, so never give up the fight

Keep holding on, Josie, and step into the light

Listen only to the ones who genuinely care

The ones who promise that they'll always be there

Block out the doubt, let your confidence grow

I'm in your corner, and I want you to know

You are enough exactly as you are today

Don't let anybody take your magic away

So always be yourself, always believe in you

No matter the storm, you're gonna make it through

I'm right by your side, whether you need me or not

That's what a true friend is, giving everything I've got

Just know there is a God, so never give up the fight

Keep holding on, Josie, and step into the light
