Bonnie

A mother's heart, a steady light,

A faith that guides me through the night.

Oh Bonnie, you have stood so strong,

With Jesus as your lifelong song.

Through every season, every test,

You trust the Lord to give you rest.

For you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you,

His spirit will guide you and carry you through.

When burdens are heavy and valleys are deep,

The Lord is your shepherd, His promise He'll keep.

Oh, rest in the message sent down from above,

You're held in His power and wrapped in my love.

I love you, Mother, deep and true,

For all the grace I see in you.

A faithful servant, deeply loved,

With eyes fixed on the throne above.

You taught my soul to seek His face,

And lean upon His holy grace.

So faithful and strong, so cherished and dear,

With Jesus beside you, there's nothing to fear.

The hands that have held me are lifted in prayer,

Sustained by the Savior's unfailing care.

Your spirit is anchored, your courage is bright,

Reflecting the glory of heavenly light.

Yes, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you,

His spirit will guide you and carry you through.

When burdens are heavy and valleys are deep,

The Lord is your shepherd, His promise He'll keep.

Oh Bonnie, remember this word from above:

You have all His strength, and you have all my love.
