Rylie

I thank the Lord for the moment He placed

My firstborn granddaughter, sweet Rylie Grace

Right in my arms, a gift from above

Wrapped in His mercy and filled with His love

You brought a new kind of peace to my days

Now I just look at you, lifting my praise

Rylie Grace, you are forever and always

My little sunshine, through all of my days

Shining the light of the Lord in my life

So tender and precious, so brilliant and bright

Whenever you need me, whatever you go through

Never forget, sweet girl, Mimi loves you

You have a spirit so patient and wise

I see the love of the Lord in your eyes

You fold your hands and you whisper a prayer

Trusting that Jesus is listening right there

So sweet and so kind in the things that you do

I see His reflection whenever I see you

Rylie Grace, you are forever and always

My little sunshine, through all of my days

Shining the light of the Lord in my life

So tender and precious, so brilliant and bright

Whenever you need me, whatever you go through

Never forget, sweet girl, Mimi loves you

Keep holding onto the Savior you love

Keep seeking the guidance that comes from above

My prayer as you grow in His wonderful grace

Is that nothing will steal the sweet smile from your face

You are a blessing, my beautiful girl

Bringing a piece of heaven right to my world

Rylie Grace, you are forever and always

My little sunshine, through all of my days

Shining the light of the Lord in my life

So tender and precious, so brilliant and bright

Whenever you need me, whatever you go through

Forever and always, Mimi loves you

Yes, Rylie Grace, Mimi loves you
