Bobbie

I have watched you walk through the fire

Never letting go of the grace

Bobbie, you're the one who stays steady

When the world is a difficult place

You hold onto hope, you hold onto truth

I see the strength of the Father in you

You love when it’s hard, you give when it costs

You pour out your soul, never counting the loss

A beautiful faith that the heavens can see

A mother who models what mercy should be

You are kissed by the heart of Jesus

And you pass that sweet love down to me

Faithful to the vow that you made

Anchored in the covenant tie

You showed me what it means to be brave

Even when the waters are high

Through every season, you stay the course

Drawing your peace from a heavenly source

You love when it’s hard, you give when it costs

You pour out your soul, never counting the loss

A beautiful faith that the heavens can see

A mother who models what mercy should be

You are kissed by the heart of Jesus

And you pass that sweet love down to me

You never hold back, your hands open wide

Reflecting the Savior who walks by your side

Through all of the trials, you persevere

You bring the comfort of Heaven right here

You love when it’s hard, you give when it costs

You pour out your soul, never counting the loss

A beautiful faith that the heavens can see

A mother who models what mercy should be

You are kissed by the heart of Jesus

Bobbie, you pass that love down to me

Yes, you are kissed by the heart of Jesus

And you pass that sweet love down to me
