Judy

I look up to you, my big sister, my friend

With patience and wisdom that just never end

You carry a light that shines bright in the dark

A beautiful spirit, a generous heart

Whenever I stumble, whenever I lack

I know that my sister is watching my back

Oh Judy, you’re a prayer warrior, faithful and true

Pouring out love in whatever you do

With a God-fearing heart, you are leading the way

And helping out everyone, day after day

You carry my burdens, you help me stand tall

But the Maker of Heaven is watching it all

So keep walking forward in all that you do

And know, my big sister, God always got you

I cherish the bond and the love that we share

I know when I call you, you're going to be there

You give good advice, you're not afraid to be real

You share your opinion with love I can feel

You always protect me, you always defend

My big sister Judy, my lifelong friend

Oh Judy, you’re a prayer warrior, faithful and true

Pouring out love in whatever you do

With a God-fearing heart, you are leading the way

And helping out everyone, day after day

You carry my burdens, you help me stand tall

But the Maker of Heaven is watching it all

So keep walking forward in all that you do

And know, my big sister, God always got you

You spend your whole life making sure we're okay

Bowing your head at the end of the day

You lift up the broken, you answer the plea

Now I want to speak what the Lord gave to me

So lay down your worries, just give Him the weight

His mercy is endless, His power is great!

Oh Judy, you’re a prayer warrior, faithful and true!

Pouring out love in whatever you do

With a God-fearing heart, you are leading the way

And helping out everyone, day after day

You carry my burdens, you help me stand tall

But the Maker of Heaven is watching it all

So keep walking forward in all that you do

And know, my big sister, God always got you

Yes, Judy, remember, God always got you!
