Ayden

I still remember the day you were born

Like a bright ray of sunshine on a quiet morn

Now you're growing up with that fun-loving smile

Making every single minute feel worthwhile

You've got a spirit that lights up the room

Chasing away any shadows or gloom

Oh, Ayden, you're working so hard every day

Always thinking of others and leading the way

I'm so proud of the grandson I get to watch grow

And I love you more than you will ever know

Yeah, I love you more than you will ever know

Let's talk about fishing at Aunt Barb's house

Quiet as a whisper, still as a mouse

Waiting on a bobber to dip in the blue

Just making sweet memories, me and you

And I still have to laugh when the wild stories rush in

You gave me a concussion, but I'd take it again!

Oh, Ayden, you're working so hard every day

Always thinking of others and leading the way

I'm so proud of the grandson I get to watch grow

And I love you more than you will ever know

Yeah, I love you more than you will ever know

It's not just the laughs or the jokes that we share

It's the way that you love and the way that you care

You roll up your sleeves and you give it your all

With a heart full of gold that is standing so tall

Oh, Ayden, you're working so hard every day

Always thinking of others and leading the way

I'm so proud of the grandson I get to watch grow

And I love you more than you will ever know

Yeah, I love you more than you will ever know

More than you will ever know
