I wake up every morning with a thank you on my lips

With the spirit of the Lord right at my fingertips

The illness tried to break me, the fever pulled me down

But Heaven sent a miracle and turned it all around

When my body grew so weak, I called upon His name

He washed away the sickness, I'll never be the same

Now my heart is overflowing, beating strong and true

I'm a living testimony of what His grace can do
