Taniqua

I cherish every single moment we spend

A bond of love on which I always depend

You have a heart that is constantly giving

A caring spirit in the life you are living

Lord, I thank You for the daughter I see

And the beautiful woman she's grown up to be

Taniqua, I love you more than you know

I pray that His favor continues to show

Keep walking in faith, let His Spirit run free

As the wife and the mother God created you to be

Walking beside you as your family grows

Seeing the peace that your gentle soul shows

Sharing this pregnancy, step by step

Resting in promises heaven has kept

You are so nurturing, patient and kind

A perfect reflection of what He designed

Taniqua, I love you more than you know

I pray that His favor continues to show

Keep walking in faith, let His Spirit run free

As the wife and the mother God created you to be

From the little girl I held in my hands

To a woman who walks in the Lord's perfect plans

You're stepping right into a brand new day

And I'll be right here to cheer and to pray

He formed you for this, His purpose is true

I am so incredibly proud of you

Oh Taniqua, I love you more than you know

I pray that His favor continues to show

Keep walking in faith, let His Spirit run free

As the wife and the mother God created you to be

Yes, the wife and the soon-to-be mother God created you to be
