I look in the mirror and see where I’ve been

The battles I fought and the healing within

Walking the quiet, hard road to recover

Trusting the Lord as I learn to discover

The strength that was hiding right under the pain

The faith that kept holding me out in the rain

I lean on His word when the shadows are long

And finally know that my spirit is strong
