ALBERT

When the world gets heavy and my mind starts to drift

You are the quiet strength, you are the gentle lift

Albert, you see the truth when I'm losing my way

You bring me back to the peace of the day

Caring and loyal, right by my side

You are my shelter, my honest guide

Whenever I wander, whenever I spin

You are always there to pull me back in

With a love so uplifting, a heart so divine

Matthew five sixteen, let your light shine

Oh, let your light shine

You have a way of making the shadows retreat

Making the hardest days feel a little more sweet

Your encouraging voice is the anchor I need

A loving foundation in word and in deed

You hold me together when things come apart

Albert, you're the steady beat of my heart

Whenever I wander, whenever I spin

You are always there to pull me back in

With a love so uplifting, a heart so divine

Matthew five sixteen, let your light shine

Oh, let your light shine

You don't hide your grace in the shadows or dark

You give all that you have, you leave a beautiful mark

Honest and true, a love without end

My wonderful husband, my very best friend

Whenever I wander, whenever I spin

You are always there to pull me back in

With a love so uplifting, a heart so divine

Matthew five sixteen, let your light shine

Albert, let your light shine

You're always there to pull me back in
