Larry

Started with a spark, a catch on Plenty of Fish

Didn't know back then you'd be my ultimate wish

Taking long walks, feeling that Lakeshore breeze

Sharing tasty suppers, putting my mind at ease

You pay attention to the little things I do

Every single day, I fall a little deeper for you

Oh, Larry, you’re the truth, so honest and so kind

A loving, tender heart I thought I'd never find

They say this golden age is a beautiful place to start

But it’s so much better together, till death do us part

Yeah, it’s so much better together, till death do us part

We packed our bags and took our love on the road

Seeing beautiful shows, watching the magic unfold

Paid our homage to Leonard Cohen, not once but twice

First time in Montreal, under the city lights

Then we took it to Toronto, feeling every line

With you by my side, the memories age like wine

You're wise when I need it, you're funny when I'm down

The most attentive man that I could ever keep around

We’ve got so many miles and travels left in our view

The future is an open door, as long as I'm with you

Oh, Larry, you’re the truth, so honest and so kind

A loving, tender heart I thought I'd never find

They say this golden age is a beautiful place to start

But it’s so much better together, till death do us part

Yeah, it’s so much better together, till death do us part

My wise and funny love, holding my heart
