Donna

I look at the way you walk in faith

A lovely spirit, covered in grace

Patient in courage when the trials start

A helpful friend with a servant’s heart

Donna, you guide us when the path is dim

Because your eyes are always fixed on Him

I couldn't find a better person to love and care

You carry our burdens in your daily prayer

You're a blessing to the people, a comforting word

An encouragement because you love the Lord

Oh, Donna, your faith is a beautiful sight

Reflecting the Savior's holy light

I see you working at the church, so steady and true

Ministering is just what you naturally do

Gathering the children around your seat

Sharing Bible lessons, so pure and sweet

Planting the seeds of His love in their youth

Guiding them gently in the spirit of truth

I couldn't find a better person to love and care

You carry our burdens in your daily prayer

You're a blessing to the people, a comforting word

An encouragement because you love the Lord

Oh, Donna, your faith is a beautiful sight

Reflecting the Savior's holy light

Every soul you touch leaves a little more whole

You pour out the goodness that lives in your soul

A pillar of strength, a hand we can hold

A story of Jesus, beautifully told

I couldn't find a better person to love and care

You carry our burdens in your daily prayer

You're a blessing to the people, a comforting word

An encouragement because you love the Lord

Oh, Donna, your faith is a beautiful sight

Reflecting the Savior's holy light
