Amber

I still remember that very first cry

The moment that heaven opened the sky

I held you close, so fragile and new

And thanked the Lord for the miracle of you

Just looking down at your little face

I knew I was holding a beautiful grace

Oh, Amber, my beautiful girl

You bring so much heaven down to this world

With a heart full of caring, so loving and sweet

Being your mommy makes my life complete

I love you, I adore you, in all that you do

My beautiful blessing, I'm so proud of you

I watch you now, walking in grace

With a gentle and comforting smile on your face

A sweet young lady, so tender and kind

Leaving a trail of goodness behind

You carry a warmth wherever you go

A beautiful spirit I’m honored to know

Oh, Amber, my beautiful girl

You bring so much heaven down to this world

With a heart full of caring, so loving and sweet

Being your mommy makes my life complete

I love you, I adore you, in all that you do

My beautiful blessing, I'm so proud of you

From your very first breath to the woman you are

You shine in the dark like a radiant star

God poured His love into all that you do

And my greatest honor is mothering you

Forever and always, my heart is your home

I'll be right beside you wherever you roam

Oh, Amber, my beautiful girl

You bring so much heaven down to this world

With a heart full of caring, so loving and sweet

Being your mommy makes my life complete

I love you, I adore you, in all that you do

My beautiful blessing, I'm so proud of you
