Misty

We found each other on a digital screen

An answered prayer that I hadn't yet seen

I'd sit in the cold as the evening grew late

Holding a payphone, perched on a milk crate

Hanging on every sweet word you would say

Knowing my blessing was one call away

Misty, you are the grace in my life

My absolute best friend, my incredible wife

With a Godly heart and an understanding soul

You are the love that makes me whole

Through every season, whatever we do

You will always be my forever... I love you

We've walked through the woods, just taking our time

Finding our peace with your hand holding mine

Out on the water when we cast our lines

You catch all the fish, you win every time

And watching our Destiny grow through the years

I see the best mom, so loving and clear

Misty, you are the grace in my life

My absolute best friend, my incredible wife

With a Godly heart and an understanding soul

You are the love that makes me whole

Through every season, whatever we do

You will always be my forever... I love you

Your faith is a beacon, steady and bright

Guiding our family with heavenly light

So patient and tender, so faithful and true

I thank the good Lord for the wonder of you

Misty, you are the grace in my life

My absolute best friend, my incredible wife

With a Godly heart and an understanding soul

You are the love that makes me whole

Through every season, whatever we do

You will always be my forever... I love you
