Adebola

Adebola, keep your head held high

When the heavy clouds are in the sky

You've been walking with a patient heart

Trusting in the Lord right from the start

Hold on to the truth you know inside

Let the Holy Spirit be your guide

For my God shall supply all your needs

Every quiet prayer and planted seed

According to His riches in glory above

Poured out by Christ Jesus in infinite love

Adebola, rest in what He will do

The Lord is forever faithful to you

You have kept your words so truthful and clear

Choosing your belief over whispers of fear

It’s a quiet strength, a faithful stand

Resting your whole life in the Maker’s hand

Keep believing, my soul, through the sun and the rain

Knowing His promises never are vain

For my God shall supply all your needs

Every quiet prayer and planted seed

According to His riches in glory above

Poured out by Christ Jesus in infinite love

Adebola, rest in what He will do

The Lord is forever faithful to you

Philippians four and verse nineteen

The sweetest promise that I have seen

Lift up your hands, let the worries release

Step into His comfort, step into His peace

He sees your patience, He honors your faith

He will sustain you by His good grace

For my God shall supply all your needs

Every quiet prayer and planted seed

According to His riches in glory above

Poured out by Christ Jesus in infinite love

Adebola, rest in what He will do

The Lord is forever faithful to you

Yes, the Lord is forever faithful to you
