Neil

Eighteen years ago we started out, down at our lowest place

We met online, but our common friends helped bring us face to face

I've watched you work so hard, Neil, with a patient, steady hand

Forgiving, kind, and generous, a respectful, loving man

'Cause we were sealed for time and eternity

In the Mesa temple, just you and me

Through all the ups and downs, I’m so proud of who you are

My eternal companion, my steady guiding star

No matter what some folks might say, or what we have to do

I will always stand right here with you

Now we're building up our business, looking forward to the day

When we can finally retire and put the work away

Every other year we take a flight, across the world we roam

Making memories in Indonesia, but with you I'm always home

You treat me with such tender care, you're the anchor of my life

I count my blessings every day that I can be your wife

Nothing brings me greater joy than the righteous seeds we’ve sown

Watching Andina and Andrew with five little ones of their own

Amberly, Ammon, and Andrew, Axel, and Asa too

And Andika’s coming back to the fold, finding a faith that's true

To see them follow Jesus Christ and walk the faithful line

Is the greatest peace we'll ever know in this sweet life of mine

'Cause we were sealed for time and eternity

In the Mesa temple, just you and me

Through all the ups and downs, I’m so proud of who you are

My eternal companion, my steady guiding star

No matter what some folks might say, or what we have to do

Neil, I will always stand right here with you
