Katelynn

I remember the moment you stood by his side

When Carter first looked at his beautiful bride

You made a promise to love and to hold

With a spirit of peace and a heart made of gold

My little girl, stepping into the new

I want you to know I am so proud of you

Oh, Katelynn, you're beautiful inside and out

A light in this world, there is never a doubt

You pour out your soul in the love that you give

Inspiring others by the way that you live

I look at the woman you've come to be

And I thank the Lord for the grace that I see

Then came the moments that changed everything

The wonderful gift that two babies can bring

I watched as you held your first son to your chest

And then with your second, our family was blessed

You love them so deeply, much more than your life

A tender young mother, a devoted wife

Oh, Katelynn, you're beautiful inside and out

A light in this world, there is never a doubt

You pour out your soul in the love that you give

Inspiring others by the way that you live

I look at the woman you've come to be

And I thank the Lord for the grace that I see

You make your house feel like a comforting space

An amazing homemaker, filling rooms with your grace

An incredible mama, so steady and true

I am so moved by the things that you do

You carry a warmth that you freely impart

A beautiful life from a beautiful heart

Oh, Katelynn, you're beautiful inside and out

A light in this world, there is never a doubt

You pour out your soul in the love that you give

Inspiring others by the way that you live

I look at the woman you've come to be

My beautiful daughter, you're a wonder to me
