Peaches

Out of five girls, you were number four

But you carried a wisdom we couldn't ignore

You act like the big sister, taking the lead

Always looking out for the things that we need

Patient and kind, with a spirit so bright

Making sure everyone else is alright

Oh, Peaches, you’re the backbone of us

A free-hearted soul that we lean on and trust

You give and you give, always holding the line

Making sure all of your sisters are fine

We love you, we see you, we want you to know

We appreciate you more than we could ever show

When we lost our Mom back in twenty-twenty

The shadows came down, and the tears were so many

The pain was so heavy, the days were so long

But you stepped right up just to keep us all strong

You tried to be the anchor when everything shook

Holding the family with the care that it took

Oh, Peaches, you’re the backbone of us

A free-hearted soul that we lean on and trust

You give and you give, always holding the line

Making sure all of your sisters are fine

We love you, we see you, we want you to know

We appreciate you more than we could ever show

You always try to help, you never hesitate

Carrying the family, shouldering the weight

So tender and loving, you give it your all

Catching your sisters whenever we fall

It’s time that we say what is long overdue

Sweet sister Peaches, we're so grateful for you

Oh, Peaches, you’re the backbone of us

A free-hearted soul that we lean on and trust

You give and you give, always holding the line

Making sure all of your sisters are fine

We love you, we see you, we want you to know

We appreciate you more than we could ever show
