Adam

Four years ago, our new life had begun

I'll always treasure the day we were one

I thank God for allowing our spirits to meet

Connecting our hearts, making everything sweet

Adam, my husband, your faith is so strong

With your humble spirit is where I belong

God will never leave us, nor forsake His own

He hears every prayer that we send to His throne

You always tell me to be strong and hold on

Keep that beautiful smile till the waiting is gone

He will honor our prayers, in the morning and noon

Keep your faith, my love, we’ll be together soon

I think of our date nights in Ghana, so sweet

Just being in your presence makes life feel complete

Your laughter brings so much joy to the room

A beautiful smile that chases the gloom

You love me so hard, you support all I do

An amazing man, and forever I'm true

God will never leave us, nor forsake His own

He hears every prayer that we send to His throne

You always tell me to be strong and hold on

Keep that beautiful smile till the waiting is gone

He will honor our prayers, in the morning and noon

Keep your faith, my love, we’ll be together soon

When the distance is heavy, I hear what you say

"Just be strong," and your wisdom will carry the day

I love you forever, my husband, my friend

This amazing love is a grace without end

For God will never leave us, nor forsake His own

He hears every prayer that we send to His throne

You always tell me to be strong and hold on

Keep that beautiful smile till the waiting is gone

He will honor our prayers, in the morning and noon

Oh Adam, my love, we’ll be together soon
