Tamyra

We first crossed paths within the church's open doors

I didn't know the blessing that the Lord had in store

We always have such fun when we fellowship and pray

The laughter and the joy just wash the cares away

You're more than just a friend standing by my side

You're a sister sent from God, a faithful, loving guide

Oh, Tamyra, you are a ray of sunshine

A beautiful spirit, so modest and kind

A woman of God, walking steady in the light

Making every heavy heart feel a little more bright

I'm forever grateful for the joy that you bring

Happy Birthday, sweet friend, let the heavens sing

You take an empty canvas and make it something grand

An incredible art teacher, with a gifted, gentle hand

You paint the world with color, but you never boast your name

Your humor and your spirit are your truest claim to fame

Such a quiet, humble beauty in everything you do

The Maker formed a masterpiece when He created you

Oh, Tamyra, you are a ray of sunshine

A beautiful spirit, so modest and kind

A woman of God, walking steady in the light

Making every heavy heart feel a little more bright

I'm forever grateful for the joy that you bring

Happy Birthday, sweet friend, let the heavens sing

And when I look at you and Brian, it is plain to see

What a true and Godly marriage was always meant to be

A testament of holy love, a vow that stands so strong

Two hearts perfectly united where they both belong

I thank the Lord above for the witness of your life

A devoted, joyful friend, and a cherished, loving wife

Oh, Tamyra, you are a ray of sunshine

A beautiful spirit, so modest and kind

A woman of God, walking steady in the light

Making every heavy heart feel a little more bright

I'm forever grateful for the joy that you bring

Happy Birthday, sweet friend, let the heavens sing
